Something that matters to me deeply is going beyond the surface. Everyone needs a solution to something, but do they really need what you have?
And if the answer is yes, I see it as a genuine disservice to not connect the dots. Meetings are booked by helping someone go from A to B, not just forcing things down someone’s throat. I believe the type of persona you are speaking with matters more than the number of people you are speaking with. The magic formula is quality + quantity married with data and analytics. That is the only way to scale cold calling.

To me, discipline isn’t about setting an alarm to wake up, but rather, setting an alarm to go to bed; to feel refuelled and energised every single morning to represent companies on the front lines, and take silly amount of rejection to build pipeline for teams that deliver true value. This is what the first 50,000 cold calls of my career has taught me, and I can’t wait for the learnings the next 50,000 will bring.
